Online training, webinars and PPK podcasts
Online training is a new initiative of PFR Portal PPK, which allows you to provide employees and employers with official and reliable information about the program, without leaving home. It is a response to the needs of employers, using the latest technological solutions to transfer and deepen knowledge about PPK.
Online training is conducted by PPK Regional Experts, i.e. the same people who conduct stationary training throughout Poland. Webinars make it possible for participants to contact PPK Regional Experts who, understanding the need for information exchange, are happy to answer participants’ questions also after the training.
During the webinar (online training), employers and PPK Regional Experts:
discuss the principles of operation and assumptions of the PPK program,
will present the detailed scope of the act
about Employee Capital Plans,
will present the main challenges facing employers
,
discuss the benefits for employees
and for employers resulting from participation in the PPK,
answer questions and doubts,
they will talk about individual experiences related to the implementation of PPK.
On the other hand, employees :
learn the rules and possibilities of early use of funds accumulated on the PPK account,
obtain information on the principles of inheriting savings in PPK,
learn to use the PPK Calculator ,
will calculate their profits depending on their current earnings,
they will find out what additional payments to their PPK account
they will receive from the state and the employer.

What do I need to attend a webinar?
All you need is a computer or other mobile device with a loudspeaker or connected headphones and stable Internet access to participate in a real-time online training or course.
Online on-line training in the form of a webinar
We provide training in the same way as our open training, but instead of a training room, we have a webinar platform. During the broadcast, participants can see the speaker, presentations / sign-ups on the board, and have access to a chat where they can ask questions.
